Chloë actually has a dead sister named Katie who was born and died years before she was even born. Other than that she's the youngest of four brothers. Her estranged father is a plastic surgeon. What actually happened is that her dad was so grief stricken over the death of his first daughter that when a fifth son was born he decided to make a new daughter and treat the son with hormones from birth forward and surgeries. Finally mom had enough and took Chloë away, a trans boy. Hence the big hands and shoulders and no curves.
