Google, let alone easy and frequent internet access didn't exist for me until many years after I left home. I had to use a library instead. It really wasn't much of a chore.
It's a cliche at this point, but Millienials really are horrendously coddled. So they have an expectation that "someone" will continue to take care of them, long after they have left or been pushed out of the nest, and they get extremely angry and upset (like in OP's video) when they find out that that is not always the case. Even if things becoming increasingly easier for people year after year.
