No, you are just pleb.

Fury Road was great, Mann turds out a good arthouse action-thriller once in a while, McQuarrie is probably going to be one of the best action directors ever, Doug Liman and Bay got new movies ocming up and that's just on top of my head in a minute I scrapped up this post.

>a scene where Nicolas Cage's character escapes a prison by jumping off of a high building into some water
>the hair of the stuntman does not resemble Nicolas Cage's
>the face of the stuntman does not resemble Nicolas Cage's
>a scene late in the film where John Travolta and Nicolas Cage are flying through the air after the speedboats they're on explode
>the face of the stuntman does not look like John Travolta

Action is like the heavy metal of cinema. Its inherently shit because the premise itself is stupid and juvenile.

You can't prove me wrong.

>>64623965
heavy metal is fedora

if action = heavy metal, guess you're right!

yeah, i love his post-modern arthouse films like Transformers as well. I mean his films are truly patrician and they're truly the epitome of action cinema.
