It's really good,

0-literally garbage
1-awfull, but atleast there's something briefly touching on something well done.
2-extremely bad
3-bad. Just plain bad.
4-bad, but theres some momentes that makes you think it could be good.
5-average, meh, ok.
6-good, but there's something clearly wrong with it.
7-good. Just good. You would recomend this.
8-gr8. You relly like it, but there are flaws.
9-near perfect. Hard to say whats wrong with it.
10-perfect.
That doesn't mean each of these categories hold 10% of movies. Like 90% of them probably lies between 3-7, with fewer movies being on the extremes of the scale.

It's inspired by things that did happen in various African conflicts but not actually based on any historical event which IMO made it less powerful. The story reads as an conflict in an unnamed African country.
At least in movies like Blood Diamond the background events like the RUF cutting arms off, laying waste to Free Town and South African white mecenarries ending the conflict actually happened.
