Because having a character who knows everything, is good at everything and is liked by everybody is unrealistic and takes a lot of tension out of the movie while cheapening her character arc. We're not satisfied with her progression because she never struggles with anything and her overcoming every adversity in a matter of seconds gets boring after a while. Writing a character without flaws is objectively bad writing.

A movie can't "con" you into thinking it's good. It may not hold up very well on repeat viewings and your opinion of it may change over time, but it can't trick you into thinking you enjoyed it when you really didn't.
