How do you think the guy in the Stormtrooper armor feels about the fact that not only was he the best character in the movie, but also provided the best scene?
Nothing else in TFA tops a Stormtrooper dropping his weapons to beat the shit out of someone with a lightsaber.
Think about it; Tray Tor knows Finn isnt a jedi. He could have shot Finn with his blaster and killed him instantly because what was Finn going to do? Deflect the blast? Fuck no! But Tray Tor drops his gun anyways to show Finn how much of a bitch he is despite wielding one of the most deadly melee weapons in the known universe.
Memes aside, theres a reason this Trooper and scene get so much praise.
If they bring him back, it would prove that Storm trooper's armour is not so useless after all. Stormtrooper may not be able to make you invulnerable to blasters, but improves your chances of surviving and return to the field instead of dying on the spot.

I allways thought it was about the stories, not the money. It took them decades to scratch the money together for another trilogy. in the end Lucas even had to sell the rights to some company to survive.

It's no secret Star Wars owes it's success to Lucas owning the original, exclusive merch rights. You know what you have is a cash cow when you can put it on sheets, birthday stuff, any 'ol thing and it sells. RotJ is contaminated by the merch potential.
