They are more kid oriented, not as bad as 60s/70s Gamera but still.
Monster Battles are all good, villain monsters are fucking great, the 3rd films GRAND king Ghidorah is the best suit he has ever gotten in design.
Dagarah in the 2nd film is very unique and cool.
If you can tolerate kids running around and like cool villain monsters, absolutely buy it, kids never grate on the nerves in my persional memory.
3 is the best film but I don't think it has been properly dubbed.
I like the Rebirth of Mothra movies a lot.
They're no shittier than the average G-film, and there's some cool monster fights.
Mothra Leo is a cool kaiju, and one of the most powerful in Toho's monster lineup by the end of the series.
Also, the main villain of the series, Belvera, the long lost member of the Fairy duo (now trio), actually has a character arc.
They aren't as good as godzilla as a whole. 1 Is really good, 2 has a shitty first half and a good second half, 3 is kinda meh but okay
The original Mothra is still her best movie
