My retarded roommate used a public tracker once. Comcast injected a warning into a random webpage I visited. Telling me I shouldnt pirate.
Now I use HTTPS for everything.

I work for one of the major ISPs in Bongland. We don't give names away unless they are specifically asked for. This happened once in the last year and it was to do with some porn movie.
