You have to go through a certain appeals process to even make it to federal supreme Court. From what I understand there was a judge who blocked every chance for appeal.
Judges are powerful and can ruin your life. My aunt got in a disagreement with this crazy lady who was friends with the judge. She got my aunt on the sex offenders list for child molestation. Everyone saw my aunt on the website, and it took a few months to get it removed, since she has never done any such thing.
The judge also turned a blind eye when the lady slashed all the seats and tires on our 4 wheeler and Kubota, and tires on the vehicles. She then piled hay on my aunt's front porch and set it on fire. Luckily we put it out. We knew this was her fault because game cameras caught her.
Judge turned a blind eye, tried to say something about provoking when we hadn't talked to the bitch in weeks.
tl;dr if a small podunk redneck town judge hates you, it can ruin you if you aren't careful.
