Why does /tv/ think The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissous is Wes Anderson's best film?

I dont think that many people think this is one of his best. Maybe its the less disliked onw but that's because not many pple have seen it. I think its an okay movie imo, nothing more nothing less. I think most pple here will agree that his best is either Royal Tenembaums or The Grand Budapest Hotel, basically the popular opinion as well.
IMO his best movies are his two first ones. But with Wes Anderson is difficult to have a consensus on which film is his best because they are all similar in style and tone and nothing in them really stand out from the rest, except maybe the opulent scenerios of GBH

I like Anderson but this film doesnt work for me completely. Ambitious, great ideas, set pieces, etc. The problem is Murray plays Murray. There is no Zissou. Just a breezy, lesser version of better, similar performances in Broken Flowers, Rushmore, and Lost in Translation.
