No, he sometimes mixes both versions. I don't know why he cut the Biggs scene it was honestly a good addition. It only really works if you have the other deleted scenes on Tatooine which also bogged down the pacing and fuck up the chronology of events completely (They happen DURING the opening fight which means you would have to cut them into the opening scene to show them)
