Saw it twice (glorious 70mm) and after the first viewing I left disappointed. Upon leaving the theatre for my second time seeing it, I enjoyed it more than Django which was my previous favorite Tarantino film. It's just so damn quotable and has a great cast character wise.

Did you see it in 70mm both times? I heard the standard theatrical cut is shorter than the 70mm version. After watching it in 70mm I thought the story might benefit from a few more cuts.
