Add more shows like The Venture Bros. and rotate the seasons without creating high pressure deadlines. That way they can take the time they need to pull it together but we don't have to wait 5 years per season

Rick and Morty and Venture Bros seems to be doing good for them so instead of fueling a shit ton of cheap ass shows going nowhere, use the budget to make more promising cartoons like when they had a chance to produce Eltingville or Korgoth. But keep the good 11 minute cheap shows for decent filler.
