She swore that Renly was the rightful king of Westeros but in actuality, by birthright Stannis was in the right. He assassinated a usurper who happened to be his little brother.
So yes, she's honorable and a great knight. But shed just butthurt that her faggot Renly got killed in a just manner.
She obviously loves Renly however much she denies it. He was the only lad that paid attention to her and didn't treat her like a freak, and later in her life accepted her as a knight.
