This. Also the definition of a mary sue includes everyone loving them and be able to do no wrong. Everyone on the New York and Los Angeles police force practically hate him. Everywhere he goes property owners hate him. His wife hates him. His kids hate him. The villains hate him so much their siblings try to kill him. He gets fucked up every movie. He survives by pure trickery and assholism.
The only thing he has is a shitty pension.
