If I remember right he wanted the protagonists to be a group of teenagers. Jedi Padawans probably. Also the bad guys would be Stormtroopers with helmets like Vader because they were obsessed with him. That's all I remember though.

He wanted the story to be about the offspring of Luke, Han & Leia. He hasn't actually released much information about his thoughts on a new trilogy, but he still has folders containing his idea and I doubt he will ever mention anything about them ever again.

The special edition isn't that bad. The additions aren't that good for the most part, a few are annoying, but they don't "ruin" the film.

I know of the plot summaries you're referring to. The ones featuring a Dark Jedi attack on an Academy on Bespin, clones of Anakin, Yoda's homeworld, and a black hole generator that destroys the dark side planet? All bullshit. Lucas had nothing to do with them.
Those plot summaries were written by a fansite called SuperShadow.com. They were posted back in 2006ish when Lucas held that the sequel trilogy would never be made. Of course, Lucas' "close friend" SuperShadow was privy to the fact that Lucas did intend to make the sequel trilogy, because SuperShadow helped write Lucas' treatments.
I remember this becauseI actually believed that site for ~30 minutes when I was 9.

But if they were as shit as ive been lead to bealive via interviews and such, i dont think anyone would be complaining. I think we doged a bullet here, because as mediocore as TFA in some aeras, i found it to be a throughly enjoyable film, and lucass ideas for the sequals wouldve been anothr prequal triology, possibly worse as hes getting even more senile abd depressed.
