It was only uncessesary in retrospect after finishing the whole series, but Chalky was pretty important during the actual happenings of season 4, and he was a great character too.

4 > 2 > 3 >1 > 5.

Found 5 to be by far the weakest, especially since it was officially rushed due to budget cuts.

I liked the idea of the flashbacks, but the actor they got for Nucky was horrible, or maybe it was due to the hilarious teeth prosthetics.

The young kid Nucky was find, but that older one didn't convince me.

Not really. What ruined it is that season (4th, if i remember correctly) which started to focus on niggers fighting for the single fucking casino, which was completely boring after the previous one when the fucking city was at stake.

Season 3 was so tense and tightly coiled. They just never recaptured the magic of the power struggles that made the early seasons great. And Narcisse was such a weak, ill defined character.
