Bill Murray was always known for being a bit of a hardass, but sort of like that one uncle who's always pressing your buttons just because he himself has some pretty high walls up.
Murray hated that Ghostbusters is what he became known for, and struggled to come back for the sequel of the video game. When he tried making the jump to serious roles via Lost in Translation, he was praised and I think the guy honestly thought this was his break into "honest acting." But if you watch the clips of him not winning Best Actor at the Oscars, you literally see him breaking down in the aisles. The man shattered.
