We know she spent the majority of her time forming connections to her foundation to supply her campaign war chest.
We know she generally did not intervene in foreign policy since it was well known that foreign policy was dictated directly from the White House.
We know that the ambassador's dozens upon dozens of calls and emails went unanswered.
We know that every other Western embassy and consulate pulled out of the city while the Americans were left there to sit it out.
She just wasn't paying attention. The big detail is she wasn't paying attention to her own ambassadors. They are officially her responsibility to care for and look after. You do not want a president who ignores the plight and valid concerns of her own direct lieutenants.
The cover up, as far as the public knows about it, is heavily skewed towards the theory that Hillary was covering her tracks on her own - to the vehement disgust of practically every other branch and agency of the executive government.
