Is that enough to convict a man on murder? How do we know Avery fired the gun, and it wasn't his brother and brother-in-law? How do we know Avery burned the belongings in the barrel? Again couldn't it have been his brother and brother-in-law?
The DNA under the hood of the car could easily be explained if he ever even felt the hood of the car. Skin shavings could have found their way underneath it pretty easily.
I don't think he was framed by the police alone. I think he was framed by his family and got help from the police with the blood vial.
