Should have replaced her with like some 3rd party bounty hunter type character. Fills the same role and works for the First Order, but isn't actually a part of them. The First Order comes off as a relatively new entity in the setting, with all the associated characters quite young, so an older or at least established professional character would have added another side to them. Keep the character female if you have to.
As-is she's just Chrome Trooper. Neo-Boba Fett could at least sell merch.

How did they find her? The black guy was like "Oh I know exactly who we need." and through the whole station, which appears to span the entire planet, they seem to just randomly teleport to her while she's alone on patrol.
It seems like she's in charge of the Storm Troopers in general or at least the elite ones, you'd think that she wouldn't be just walking around the corridors on patrol in the first place, let alone on her own without guards. Seems like she'd be more useful at the barracks or comms or something, just coordinating and orgainizing and giving orders to all the Storm Troopers of the base.
But yeah, how did they just find and get the jump on her in a matter of minutes, considering she could have been ANYWHERE on the planet if she's shown to be the kind of commander who actually goes on patrol?

She even had a moment to be cool, when they were 'forcing' her to bring down the shields.
All she had to do was trip an alarm or some shit and seal the fucking doors until backup got there, maby taking a blast or two to the chest or something. Would've looked badass trying to take them down with her bare hands.
Instead, she does what the good guys ask, pops off a couple snarky lines, and gets disposed of off screen like a bitch.
