/tv/ doesn't need a separate /starwars/ board, it just needs proper moderation to ban all the idiots making threads about their every thought on star wars.
Limit /tv/ to 5 active star wars threads. At this moment just using the catalog to filter basic star wars key words there are 20+ threads. Probably more if I bothered to go into the catalog and manually filter each one. Just the other day there were 80+
On the first week the moderators give out warnings only telling the users to check the catalog before making a star wars thread. On the second week it's permanent bans.
The aim isn't to curb or censor discussion but to stamp out losers that are at the moment, for some reason, getting a free pass on Global rules 2, 6, 10, and 11.
