Urban African American here. Live in an overpriced condo. Only crime in my area is homeless crazy white kids with dreads that smell like pee. They all have dogs they're barely taking care of and panhandle like there's no tomorrow. Several have visible track marks and don't remember that they just asked you for money ten minutes ago.
