Luke kills his students after being influenced by snoke, snoke hides kylo, rey is taken away by her mother on the falcon. Luke comes to his senses kills snoke and goes into exile presuming everyone is dead. Snoke is alive but damaged trains kylo with the goal of getting revenge, but he is not powerful enough so must use kylo. kylo still has conflict.
