i enjoy westerns, i've just never wanted to watch an old one. bone tomahawk was a great one, i kind of enjoyed cowboys vs aliens (like i said i'm a pleb), and i loved deadwood. those are a few i've watched recently which would fall under western.
Skip Seven Samurai and watch Magnificent Seven. It's way better.

I watched all of Leone's westerns out of curiosity and love the genre since then, I did most of the classics and many of them are among my favorite movies now.
