He's the perfect modern day actor. He's good enough at acting to hold his own in any supporting role. While also being forgettable enough that he can be in literally any and every film and no one will notice. He's basically anonymous. I bet if he was in every single blockbuster in 2016, no normie would even notice. But if someone like Tom Cruise was, you bet your ass people would notice. Once you become too noticeable of a star, it detracts from the film unless the film is a vehicle for that star (aka it becomes a flick).
