The Good Dinosaur is the worst Pixar movie because it doesn't feel like a Pixar movie, it has zero of the charm you'd find from something like WALL-E or Inside Out.

Toys. Not even joking. It's why everything to come out of Disney/Pixar is either a simple cartoon character (Toy Story, Monster's Inc, Cars) or a princess (Frozen, Tangled, Brave). They make more money from toys than the movie. The movie is just a catalyst to suck in the brainless children and have them recognize the brand. It's also why the Avenger's outfits slightly change in every movie. Just another reason to sell toys.
