Is this the episode where this fat comedian dude angel visits Al and shows him what his family's life would be like if Al wasn't in their life and it's so much better for him? And then at the end when the fat comedian dude angel has done his duty he starts spinning around and calling his ex wife a crazy fat bitch and whore?
here's a different classic holiday episode

I hate that the edited that out of the US release of the show along with the them song
>>64061397
they edit the theme song because of exorbitant Sinatra publishing costs.
did they edit out anything Kelly has worn????
TRIVIA: Ted McGinley played Peg's husband if Al was never born.
this was years before there was a Jefferson Darcy
Bud and Kelly were probably the funniest child actors ever on tv.
All I want for Christmas is Peggy.
Santa Claus is coming...

When Sony started release the show on dvd in the US at $40 per season they couldn't be bothered to find the masters to most episodes of the show so they used the Syndicated for television versions for most episodes. Syndicated versions are heavily cut to make room for more commercials . The season that was affected the worst was season four which sadly included "It's a Bundyful life"
Heres a list off all the edits made to the Christmas episode and the edits made to all other season four episodes .

thanks. I didnt know that.

No problem.
On the bright side Mills Creek home entertainment has re-released the show on dvd and for the most part all episodes are uncut. They even added the real them song back but it's not a perfect release.
They stuffed more episodes onto each disc to make the box sets cheaper in price but while you're paying less for the show you are also getting shittyer picture quality do to the episodes being compressed . The them song also doesn't sync up with the picture. Also they stacked all the discs on top of each other which makes it really easy to break the discs while taking them out.

honestly, where did you get that knowledge?
do you have an encyclopedic knowledge of the show?
I always assumed some of their writers might be lurking here because it was a very influential show.

Lets just say I've been a very big fan of the show since the 90s and I've read up on everything related to the show.
>>64062890
when was that taken? does the set still exist assembled?
>>64062752
>yfw you might be right.
>>64062929
They were taken back in the 90s. Pieces of the set still exist but I doubt they are currently still assembled.

While I've collected a lot of Married with Children merchandise throughout the years I can't say I've had the pleasure of reading this book but I'll definitely be putting it on my Christmas list. Did it say anything interesting about the show?
>>64063344
it was this book
http://www.amazon.com/Comic-Toolbox-Funny-Even-Youre/dp/1879505215/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451010996&sr=8-1&keywords=john+vorhaus
I don't think so, but it reflected his twisted comedic sensibility, which is prevalent in the show.

Good to know anon.
Fun Fact: You may have been looking at a robo-Buck in some episodes and not have even noticed it before. In his later years Buck became less available to work under the hot studio lights so a robot Buck was created.
