Are there any other good stoner comedy shows like That 70s Show?
I don't think this is a stoner comedy, I'm pretty sure it's a teen-comedy where the characters occasionally smoke weed

The Drew Carey Show had a similar vibe with the while Not-Glamorous-Not-Morally-Reaffirming vibe, just swap out teenagers smoking weed in a dead-end Midwest suburb with adults drinking beer in a dead-end Midwest suburb.
I wouldn't recommend watching past season 6, though. It just gets weird.
