Liz and Jack was so central to the show's run, and had far more episodes revolving around it. I personally think that peak Parks and Rec is better than peak 30 Rock, but that's because Parks and Rec has a great supporting cast.

30 Rock is better at that, and also a better show in general.
30 Rock is much better in every department. Everyone said that S1 of Parks is shit and it gets better but I watched it and it was the same mediocre. Even The Office is better than Parks. I still think I'll watch another season of Parks when I' bored.
