I thought it was okay, nothing special but not too bad either. It has the potential to get better in coming seasons imo
If it gets another season it could have some real potential, Bojack had the advantage of having a larger season order from the gate so they had time to develop characters and story. I'm genuinely interested in watching more, it kind of rings as a step between King of the Hill and Family Guy in terms of comedy, with the continuous plot keeping it somewhat grounded.
