I'm 40 and built like old school Wolverine from X-Men, not the jacked up on roids Wolverine from the later films. I cycle a lot and do normal weights nothing too heavy. I eat anything I want but moderate, eat shit like tofu and tuna a lot too. If not for some gray hairs, you couldn't tell I was 40. I still get carded for beer.
