The Sundering of Ren is one I've though of, Ren being the group of knights as a whole, presumably all of whom have Ren in their name, like a title
I'm pretty sure that the final film will have Kylo return to the light and Rey do an Anakin so him turning on his knights to end the second film would be a great cliffhanger

The second film in the trilogy should follow with a four-word title though.
Because "The Empire" are the first two words in the first trilogy and "The Clones" are the last words in the second trilogy, "The X" will be placed in the middle of the third trilogy.
So "X The X Conflict" might be a title, or "Conflict The X X"
And Balance of The Force won't be used because they'll probably use that or something similar for the Obi Wan film
