Why do people insist on making theories for a pretty average movie in an attempt to make it better than it actually was.
The fact is, we don't really know how the next 2 movies are going to play out, and this one that we got was a rehash of an already decent movie because they didn't want to try anything new plot-wise.
Maybe rey is Lukes daughter with amnesia. Maybe she was born from the force like Anakin which explains her ability to quickly use the force with no training. Maybe she already had the training but doesn't remember. The fact is, who cares at this point? We aren't going to see the next movie for a while, and half the time these theories just sound like damage control for a movie we've already seen before.
