She's gonna keep Luke's blue lightsaber. It would be pottery as She's Luke's daughter and he inherited it from his father.
But mostly because the blue lightsaber is the most iconic element of the Star Wars franchise and if you put it on your poster you're guaranteed to make more $$$. Notice how Luke is holding a blue lightsaber on the Return of the Jedi poster, despite it obviously being green in the movie. The blue one is just more iconic and more recognizable to the average consumer.
