I got super emotional when Rey picked up the lightsaber and started wrecking shop. I ignored most of the leaks and only saw the trailers, so the bait and switch of Finn and Rey was cool. The second she force grabs the saber is the second you realize that she's the new Luke, and you can't help but feel like it's an Excalibur sword-in-stone moment. It's the beginning of a new main character in a new Star Wars saga.

I nearly cried at the fact that this movie even exists.
I only felt a twinge of sad during the LeiaxHan scenes because I knew dude wasn't making it out of the film alive. Never gave a single shit about the OT or the Prequel films beyond watching people riff on it online but I'm glad I was enough of a sappy shit to feel something.
