Bring back Ewan. Make it a western set on Tatooine (never leave the planet). Show why Uncle Owen can't stand him. Have him go into towns like Mos Eisley and Mos Espa. Encounter all types of "scum and villainy" with a bunch of nasty aliens and space pirates.
I think it would be great. I'd happily see something like this over a Han or Boba Fett solo movie, or hell, even Episode 8. Obi-Wan was one of the best characters, I'd love to see Ewan return.
