Finn. Hilariously enough he was nowhere near as bad as /tv/ expected him to be. There were a few times they took him too far with me funny black man trope but overall he wasn't a bad character.
As stated the film would've been way better had he stayed with Po for longer. They had solid chemistry.

The best thing about him was that he wasn't Vader - but just a emo fanboy. They turned him from a copypaste to an actual character.

All the new characters other than Rey were great. Rey was the typical "perfect girl character they're too afraid to do anything interesting with because she is a girl."
Finn and Poe have better chemistry than Rey and Finn. Hux and Kylo also had good chemistry; it was nice Hux survived.

Poe seemed the most competant as a character. And he is a smart-ass in the face of death, something I always dig.
Rey, Finn and... thats it are all kind of shit tier. I loved that Han had a lot of drive in this film, but his death soured it for me.
It explains why Harrison Ford was so fucking happy after filming though. He *hates* Solo.

The first is what lead top the second.
In fact, the sequence is1. Get shot by Chewie.
2. Fought Finn while wounded, so even though Finn lost he got a few hits in and made the injuries worse.
3. Rey then showed up and finally beat Kylo Ren because he had no time to recover.
The sequence of events showed that Kylo Ren had a handicap and lost that way, entirely believable

This should been Phasma's role, she would only get temporary stunned when Han intervene and quickly recover like nothing happened. When Resistance came she could have shot down a fighters or two.
