It would leave a room for another movies to show his full potential, and need for Rey to train under Luke in order to stand a chance. But it's Disney and it's current year, so Woman can beat a man with no training in the first movie. In the second she will beat Luke in the first 2 minutes of the movie, and in the third installment she will ascend and become a god, because god apparently must be a woman since it's 2017/2018 the current year of that time and women are better than men.
