So can someone watch it without seeing any Star Wars before?
If not which movies should I watch, and what order
>>63771638
You only really need to see the original trilogy.

4>5>2>3>6.

This family

I d-don't know if you are meming me here m9
From scouring the archives (it hit me after I made this thread), most people say the sensible order is
4 5 6, and if I have time 1 2 3
>>63771813
4 5 6, then if you have time, 2 3, then if you really want to, 1
This is the only order you should watch it if you want to enjoy Force Awakens

>>63771682
wait so 4 5 6 is the original trilogy right?
Then, in that case, I am going to go with your advice
Sorry, I keep thinking original trilogy means 1 2 3
>>63771638
At least watch 4-5-6 first. Ideally you should watch them all, but at least 4-5-6.
Start with 4-5-6 regardless because they are supposed to be watched first.
After 4-5-6 it's up to you if you go to 1-2-3 or 7

Ignore this, 1 should come before 2 and 3. The only reason he said 1 last is because he dislikes 1. Which a lot of people do. It's not a bad movie though. It's good, just a bit slow paced and not as good as the others. Still good.

OT=456
prequels=123

Kylo Ren is the true protagonist and the whole trilogy is a redemption arc.

I honestly expected that

This is not even a big spoiler.You find out like 20 minutes in.He's literally Jacen in everything but name.
4-5-1-2-3-6
>>63774520
you don't really need 1
>>63774708
Yeah, but 1 is frankly more entertaining than 2.
Original trilogy is fine. 1st to get how fifty percent of the movie is a callback, the other two for relevant plot info about Skywalker family dynamics.

true that
Clones is so fucking terrible it's the one I legit can't stand to sit through
