This. It's easy to "seize the day" and "savor every precious moment" when every waking hour isn't spent preparing to work, working, and recovering from work. I'm not saying he's wrong, it's a nice philosophy and if you do have the time, it's absolutely the way to live your life. It's just a lot easier to do when you don't sit back at the end of every day and feel like you threw most of it into a black hole just to be able to eat the next.
I'd love to see if he were able to maintain this attitude working two jobs every day for a year.
