Columbo is an example of how you can have all the modern technology you want to make a TV show but it's the story and the storytelling that count in the end.

Peter Falk is awesome, and Columbo is a great character, but the show is like sleeping pills for me. I don't think I've ever managed to stay awake for a whole episode.
