Why do you feel like defending a politician who can't even be bothered to put on a professional exterior? If if I agreed with Trump on a political level I'd never vote for him to be my head of state because I wouldn't want someone like him representing my country. I don't see why he has so muchsupport.

Well, okay, that's not true, I can see it. It's because "yelling at foreigners" has always been a popular and very succesful political platform and will probably continue to be.
>>
>>63636224
You're right. Fuck politicians who talk straight! I want two-faced double-talkers to be in charge of my country.

I want people wo can articulate their point without resorting to emotionally charged rhetoric in charge of my country. If you seriously think Trumps oh-so-unorthodox bluntness is any less manipulative than the rhetoric of your Obamas, Romneys or Clintons you have to be blind and deaf.

If he really went against the establishment, the establishment would just ignore him to death like it did with Ron Paul rather than giving him more exposure. Why the hell would you ever think a a person who owes much of his fame to his presence in mainstream media would be genuinely anti-establishment in the first place?
>>
>>63636224

Because the establishment is happily destroying this country. The media can't ignore Trump because he brings in the ratings, something Ron never did.

He's a politician that is not politically correct. People just like him because racist/bigoted morons hear him say racy shit that any other candidate would get shelved for saying, and they think "He says just what I'm thinkin'! How come no nother politician has said that stuff before?"
He's nothing but a hate-mongering demagogue, and all we know from him about his planned policies and reforms is that they're "gonna be great".

He can seriously get away with saying anything, and people are just like "Oh, Donald!" I feel like I'm living in crazy town over here
>>
>>63636810
America has gone to shit, 20 trillion debt, no space program, marxism and anti-white propaganda in the national dialogue everywhere.

We're literally 30 years away from becoming Brazil, both economically and demographically.

Reminder that Donald Trump is a close friend of the Clintons and is a shadow candidate running to split the Republican base and push moderates to Democrat.

Believe it or not, I actually like Trump more for his left-wing policies than right-wing ones. Of course you won't be able to comprehend this since it destroys all the lies that you have been drip-fed from Reddit

I have no idea what Bernies platform is, I haven't looked into it. I have no idea why you bring him up as I never claimed to support him unless you somehow assume everyone questioning Trumps integrity as a politician has to support Sanders.

I dislike populism, no matter if it's coming from the left or the right. Hell, I dislike the terms "left" and "right" in their political context to begin with as their meaning is so dependent on the cultural and sociopolitical circumstances that they may as well mean nothing at all but that's beside the point.
>>
>>63637397
Ah yes, the establishment always knows best, amirite? :^)
>>
>>63637411
I never claimed to have any love for the establishment but I think that there has to be a way to point out it's flaws and propose alternatives without going out of your way to alienate a large number of people. You won't win over moderates by being aggressive and smug.
>>
>>63637397
>I have no idea what Trumps platform is, I haven't looked into it. But I have no problem attacking him for telling the truth.
Why can't you berniefags for once articulate your point without resorting to emotionally charged rhetoric?

Not even a berniefag, but for the love of God, take Trump's cock out of your mouth. It's fucking annoying.
>>

>>63637123
they identify with his rhetoric
>hear him say racy shit that any other candidate would get shelved for saying, and they think "He says just what I'm thinkin'! How come no nother politician has said that stuff before?"
You know, blurting out stuff like "blood coming out of her... wherever" and that he thinks Mexican immigrants are mostly rapists (and calling out individual women as ugly on live TV). He impulsively speaks his mind without thinking of the consequences, which is the last thing you want in a diplomatic office.
>>
>>63637128
>I actually like Trump more for his left-wing policies than right-wing ones.
Too bad once he's in office he will completely forget about all those policies because they go against his party. No president ever supports the other party's policies over those of their own, ever.

Holy fuck, how retarded are you? Do you even bother backing up your opinion with proof before you say anything? You're just as bad as the "uninformed Trump supporters" that you're trying to shit on. Trump is no establishment puppet, he doesn't only go by party lines. He goes for things that he believes are the best option. Please stop posting
>>
>>63638188

You're right because I'm under no illusion that people that I socialize with based on nothing more than the fact that I work in the same building with them are my friends. Most people don't have "friends" but people like you have assloads of enemies that you don't even realize hate you because you're the type of faggot to ruin a joke over it being "inappropriate"
>>
>>63638300

My proof is in the actions of every president over the past 200 years. A president does not turn on their party or their base, no matter what they said pre-election

It is hate-mongering though, particularly with Muslims and Mexicans. He's making it seem like it's totally acceptable all of a sudden to discriminate based solely on religion or race, and that our adherence to modern political-correctness is the reason our country isn't "great" today (like it was great under Bush, right).
I don't think PC'ness is all that wonderful, either, but a presidential politician will just end up alienating and stirring up hatred stirring up hatred between entire demographics of people if he is not PC. And that's just the world we live in.

Also, wheres the details on his healthcare reform plan he keeps talking about? What's that going to be like, other than "great"?
>>
>>63637092
>>63636726
This. Trump is way too quick to insult people and potentially burn bridges. American politics and especially foreign policy is about compromise a lot of the time, and the way he angers people into outright dismissing him just by his attitude is not a good quality for a leader
He's either playing for an audience or he really is a boorish ass. Most politicians are the former but at least they have the decency to hide it. Trump seems like just as much of a bullshiter as Hilary

Nice meme. If you actually watched what he said instead of reading headlines, you'd know that he was only talking about illegal immigrants

Which is completely constitutional (see pic), and it makes sense to block all potential terrorists from entering the country until we can get out shit together

His health plan isn't out yet (no candidate releases all of his policies at once), but he has said (which you'd know if you did your homework) it involves getting rid of state borders insurance wise, so that the insurance companies actually have to compete with each other

I don't like hard-headed/religious/nutjob muslims anymore than you do, but saying the things he does just draws them *all* closer to joining ISIS. He's pretty much telling the entire religion that they are totally unwelcome in the West. How does that not increase Muslim hatred for America? If anything, it fucking decreases our national security, by vastly increasing the number of muslims who deeply hate us like they do the Israelis

He can keep the radical muslims out, nobody has a problem with that, he just REALLY shouldn't be making fucking big speeches on the news about how he's gonna keep them out better than anyone else; how he's gonna keep em ALL out. That's something that should be handled in a lot more subtle manner
>>
>>63639530

What solution would you prefer? Keeping in mind the actual numbers of "radicals" vs. "moderates."

It isn't. Islam is a cancer

Obama didn't even do a bad job. He was given control of the country at its worst state in decades thanks to Bush, and he's entirely bounced us back from the massive recession in 2008 (that again started under Bush.) He saved GM. ISIS and all this bullshit war happening in the middle east all began with Bush invaded Iraq in 2003. The stock market is reaching some of its highest levels ever.
Why does everyone hate him again? Seems like people are just pissed at all the damage control that had to be used to fix bush's fuck-ups, and they act like Obama was the one responsible for it in the first place
>>
>>63639913

>bounced back from a massive recession

You mean he changed the numbers to hide the employment and then forced interest rates to 0%, creating a massive bubble that will explode as soon as he leaves office.
>>
>>63639796
>>63639859
Muslim youths are all radicalized because of Bush's fucking retarded invasion of Iraq killing large parts of their extended families when they were growing up (which drew in more insurgents from all around the middle east to fight us in Iraq). They see it as blood for blood.
The longer we occupy their lands, the saltier they get, and more and more of them fall into into this "us vs them" mentality. The Arab Spring was a movement that sought mostly to oust regimes seen as puppet-regimes of the West, but not nearly enough revolutionaries would have cared about these puppet regimes if they didn't fucking despise us already for Iraq/Afghanistan and for supporting Israel.

In 1999, only a small portion of Muslims hated the west like they do today. If we'd just left them alone (except for Al Qaeda itself) things wouldn't be remotely as bad as they are today.
