He's upset that the global capitalist economy and all that it has promised us in the form of goods and above par service on a daily basis, and not having to suffer through a shitty commute every day, and all of these sorts of things have failed to follow through. He's the disgruntled and disenfranchised civil servant. That's who he represents and his terrorist agenda as he has become more radicalized as a result of establishing those promises as an enemy makes him an enemy to capitalism itself, unless this system lives up to what it advertises itself as being able to afford everyone trough advertisements.
