What I used to watch this everyday after school on TBS. It's classic desu, it only turns shit when they go over the top with Steves science stuff. The early seasons where it's down to earth are great.
2 and a Half men.

Furthermore, Urkel invented a potion that allowed him to become cool. He called it "cool juice" and he would have used it permanently except his girlfriend was in love with the nerdy version of himself.
Therefore, URKEL CLONED HIMSELF AND PERMANENTLY TRANSFORMED ONE OF THE VERSIONS INTO A COOL VERSION OF HIMSELF CALLED STEPHAN URKEL
And lastly, Steve Urkel built and detonated an atomic fusion bomb in Chicago. This was a dream sequence, however it shows the potential that steve urkel has.

He was supposed to be just a reoccurring character every now and then to be the crazy neighbor, but people went so crazy for him that they basically made him the central focus.
