Snoke doesn't really look like this leak. I think it might have been an earlier iteration of the character, but I'm not sure. I don't recall any similar looking different character though.
The final design is more ayy-lmaoi'sh, bigger eyes, no nose, more bulbous head, there are some strange growths on the sides of his head and his skull is "collapsed" on one side. His skin isn't white, but light-green. Red and orange eyes, not black. Just apply these changes to the picture in your head and there's your Snoke.
I know you'll literally see it for yourself in three days, but for some reason I feel obliged to let you know. If you were disappointed that this art isn't very "original" or outstanding, I have some good news I guess.

Honestly the marble creepy statue looks better - as far as speculated concepts go.
There just something about it that is interesting - definitely character with some interesting backstory.
