This is going to sound crazy, but we had a little machine we could put the cassette into that rewound much faster than the VCR could. That way we could rewind our own movies much faster, too.
So yes, I guess we were kind. Not like that fuck at the video store who wouldn't refund our money when the tape would go all shitty halfway through our rental. Fuck that guy.
