This series tries its best to avoid discussing the issue at hand as best as it can. We have 1 episode and one segment of 10 minutes that revolves around Frank Frink's jewishness and the Bible issue is hinted at, but never actually explained. These issues are central to the book.
It is very superficial and if it had more depth it would've been much better. The alternative history and dimension travel is merely hinted at.
Why is it good? Acting is good. Characters are believable. Production levels/SFX are adequate.
