Besides James Olsen all the characters are fine and the sfx are good for a tv show especially given how heavy this show is with effects.

It's just a solid cape show with fun plots each episode that's all I have to say about it.

Cat Grant's Ugly Betty routine is as endearing as a root canal, Winslow might as well not even be in the show for how invisible he is and Kara has all the emotional impact of a sponge
