This. Samuel L. Jackson was talking about how there are liquor stores on every corner in black neighborhoods but not Korean neighborhoods and shit about jews and Koreans putting them there to keep the black man down. It doesn't even blame the cops, there's a black cop who's a bigger dick than his white partner to the black kids.
Even the one black father shown was fucking awesome, an intelligent and well spoken local business owner who did his best to teach his son values and life lessons and keep him from falling into the hood-and the mother knew that, which is why she made her son live with him.
Look at Eddie Murphy in this movie-he works while in school, he doesn't have sex, he does as he is told and he respects his father. Contrast this with Tupac, who doesn't work, drinks on the porch with his buddies at all times, and eventually takes a bullet while Eddie goes off the college and success.
